Spaces & document tree

Use the left sidebar to switch Spaces, create pages or categories, nest documents, and drag to reorder. On small screens, open Documents from the header; use Plus → Déplacer… if drag-and-drop is awkward.

Versions

Outils → Nouvelle version duplicates the Space into a new version label in the same version group. Mark one version as main. The portal can expose version switching when multiple versions exist.

Locales

Set default locale and the list of locales in Paramètres → Espace. Translate a page from the document menu; each locale has its own document row linked by translationOf.
